The service

Quote & Margin Studio is a browser-based business workspace for cost calculations, quotations, invoices and payment records. Monthly and yearly subscriptions include the same Studio features for one business workspace.

Registration and payment details

First, create your account by providing your name and business details and accepting these terms. Your single 14-day trial begins after registration without a card. If you choose a paid plan after the trial, Stripe securely collects payment details and you explicitly agree to recurring charges. The application does not collect or store your full card number or bank account details; Stripe handles the payment method and any applicable payment mandate.

Your free 14-day trial

Your trial begins when registration is complete and lasts 14 days. The exact trial end time appears in Plan & billing. No payment method or subscription charge is needed for this one-time trial. At the end, editing pauses until you choose a paid plan; saved documents remain viewable and downloadable. The trial does not renew or charge automatically. Existing card-backed trials retain the terms displayed at their original checkout.

Automatic billing after the trial

If you choose a paid plan after your trial, Stripe charges your payment method at checkout: €9.99 per month or €95.90 for a full year in one payment. Both prices include applicable VAT. Your plan renews automatically at the same monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. The price and renewal timing are displayed before you commit in the payment step and Stripe Checkout.

The yearly price is 20% less than twelve €9.99 monthly payments, rounded to cents: €95.90 instead of €119.88, saving €23.98. A customer who has already used a trial can resubscribe, with payment due at checkout and no additional free trial.

Cancel from your account

Open Plan & billing → Manage or cancel subscription. A no-card trial has no automatic charge and needs no cancellation. If you cancel during a paid period, cancellation takes effect at its end and stops the next renewal. Your existing quotes and invoices remain viewable and downloadable after access expires. Creating or editing documents pauses when neither trial nor paid access is available.

Your documents and responsibilities

Check figures, business and client details, VAT treatment, dates and contractual terms before issuing documents. The app calculates from your information. It does not determine your tax obligations, submit tax returns or replace your accountant. Client invoice payment links, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Recorded client payments are entries you make after receiving money elsewhere.

Email availability

Invoice sending and scheduling are available when the verified email sender is connected; the workspace shows the current availability and submission status. You can always download a PDF and share it yourself. Subscription notices are separate from emails containing your clients’ invoices.

Support and statutory rights

Applicable statutory rights, including consumer withdrawal and digital-service remedies where applicable, are unaffected. Cancelling future renewals does not waive any separate right of withdrawal or right to a refund. For billing problems or a withdrawal request where a statutory right applies, email the support address above with your account email and relevant invoice or subscription reference.
