Account and trial

You create an account using your email and a password. Better Auth manages verified email addresses, password hashes and secure login sessions; passwords are never stored as plain text. Authentication emails are sent through Resend. The app stores that identity, your first and last name, registration time, trial start and end times, selected plan, automatic-renewal consent time and accepted terms version so your workspace remains separate and the same account cannot repeatedly restart a trial.

Saved quotes and invoices

Draft calculations run in your browser. Saving uploads your business profile, quote details, internal costs and client information to an account-scoped database. Issued documents, client decisions, saved item and quote templates, actual job costs, recurring invoice schedules, payment records and delivery status are retained in that workspace. Client review and invoice payment links grant access to the customer-facing document to anyone holding the link. The links contain a random key and signed reference; keep them private and share them only with the intended client. Existing browser-saved quotes can be imported; their local originals are preserved.

Subscription payments

No payment method is collected to start the 14-day account trial. If you decide to subscribe after it ends, Stripe collects your payment details on its hosted checkout for the first payment and renewals. This app does not store full card numbers, bank account details or payment mandates. It stores Stripe customer and subscription references, payment-period information and subscription status to manage access. You can manage the subscription through Stripe’s customer portal from Plan & billing. A no-card trial does not convert to paid billing automatically. Previously started card-backed trials follow their original terms. The app stores whether payment setup was confirmed, without retaining the underlying payment credentials.

Client invoice payments

A client can open a private invoice payment link and pay the outstanding balance on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe receives the invoice reference, amount, currency, client email when entered and payment-session identifiers. The app stores Checkout references and the confirmed amount and status; it does not store card or bank credentials. A signed Stripe webhook confirms the payment before the invoice balance changes. Payment links and quotation review links are available without a client account to anyone with the full link.

Invoice emails

When document sending is enabled and you request it, the configured provider (Resend) receives the client email address and customer-facing quote or invoice content. If you enable a three-day quote follow-up or automatic delivery on a repeating invoice, the provider also receives the scheduled message and time. Your internal costs and profit are excluded. Provider references are retained to check delivery or cancel scheduled sends. Send status and provider references are retained so you can review a submitted or scheduled email.

PDF files

PDFs are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. You control where they are stored and whom you share them with. Trial expiry does not automatically erase your documents: existing saved documents remain available to view and download.

Hosting and access

Cloudflare Workers hosts the app and Cloudflare D1 stores account and workspace records. New databases are provisioned in the European Union. The hosting platform processes technical request information to operate the site. The app adds no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Existing local storage is used only to import records from earlier versions. An unfinished business-registration draft is saved to your account so the details remain available after email verification, and is cleared when registration completes. Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Authentication rate limits use technical request information to prevent repeated login attempts. Your saved business name, phone and address are sent to Stripe to prefill billing details when you begin payment setup.

Saved records are retained in your workspace after trial expiry so you can retrieve them. Contact the seller above to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account and workspace data. Records are retained while the account is open and remain available to view and download after trial or paid access ends. On a deletion request, records are removed when they are no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, including accounting and dispute records. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
